The Allied Group was formed in the late 1990s as an operations-maintenance company in India. Over the years, the Group expanded its footprint to the Middle East, evolving into a trusted provider of specialised services across the oil & gas, energy and infrastructure sectors.
In collaboration with Zain Holdings Ltd and Fern Hill Holdings, the Allied brand has been relaunched through two specialised entities: Allied Energy LLC and Allied Engineering Industries LLC.
Allied has pivoted its operations in Abu Dhabi by setting up offices at Khalifa Street and ICAD 2 Musaffah, with a fully equipped 51,000 SqM facility dedicated to fabrication and project support activities.
Allied Group formed as an operations-maintenance company in India, laying the foundation for decades of engineering expertise.
Expanded to the Middle East, establishing a strong presence in the UAE oil & gas, energy and infrastructure sectors.
Developed comprehensive EPC execution capability, secured ADNOC approvals and expanded fabrication and offshore delivery teams.
In collaboration with Zain Holdings Ltd and Fern Hill Holdings, Allied relaunched as Allied Energy LLC and Allied Engineering Industries LLC.
